Human Granulysin ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GNLY/Granulysin, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com uses a pre-coated microplate paired with a biotinylated detection antibody, an HRP–avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate. The colourimetric end-point is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, and the assay is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

According to the manufacturer, the standard curve spans 0.234–15 ng/ml with a stated sensitivity of <0.09 ng/ml, and the full protocol completes in 4 h 30 min. Reported spike-and-recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (81–100%, n=5) and 84% in Heparin plasma (80–89%, n=5). Linearity across serial 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) spanned 87–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma and 82–105% for Heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its stated expiry.
