Human Granulocyte Chemotactic Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Granulocyte Chemotactic Protein 2. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids, and is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read colorimetrically at 450 nm.

Per the manufacturer specification, the assay has a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <12.6 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Average recovery in neat serum (n=5) is 91% (range 80–102%), in EDTA plasma 90% (81–100%) and in heparin plasma 84% (80–89%). Across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, recoveries range 87–91% to 74–101% for serum, 90–105% to 79–108% for EDTA plasma, and 84–95% to 89–91% for heparin plasma.
