Human GPR37 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GPCR GPR37 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids, with Human reactivity. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-GPCR GPR37 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with a TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to GPCR GPR37 concentration; absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader. Stated sensitivity is <0.057 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery was evaluated across serum (n=5, range 83–100%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 91–98%, average 94%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–99%, average 94%). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16: serum (n=5) returned 78–102%, 90–100%, 80–104% and 86–97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) returned 95–103%, 81–109%, 87–91% and 88–107%; heparin plasma (n=5) returned 74–101%, 92–97%, 90–105% and 84–102%. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate (–20°C), lyophilized standard (2 vials, –20°C), Detection Solution A (120 µl, –20°C), Detection Solution B (120 µl, –20°C), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml, +4°C), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml, –20°C), TMB Substrate (9 ml, +4°C), Stop Solution (6 ml, +4°C) and five adhesive plate sealers.
