Human GM2 Ganglioside Activator ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GM2A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-GM2A detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, followed by colour development with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution.

Quantification is performed by reading the optical density at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader against the standard curve. The reported sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30× wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage temperatures of +4°C or −20°C as indicated on the component labels. Components should not be used past the kit's expiration date.
