Human Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Anchored High Density Lipoprotein Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Glycosylphosphatidylinositol Anchored High Density Lipoprotein Binding Protein 1 (Gpihbp1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Gpihbp1 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate for visualisation. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The reported sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml with a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Validation in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5) showed mean recoveries of 91%, 91% and 84% respectively. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
