Human Glycoprotein VI, Platelet ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glycoprotein VI (GPVI) in plasma samples. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-GPVI detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance specifications include an assay range of 46.8-3000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of less than 14.47 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validation data supplied with the kit report mean recovery of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80-89%) across n=5 samples per matrix.
