Human Glycogen Phosphorylase, Liver ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PYGL (glycogen phosphorylase, liver) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. A specific antibody for PYGL is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, with captured analyte detected using a Biotinylated Anti-PYGL Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the resulting chromogen is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.115 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Kit components supplied include pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers.
