Human Glycine Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glycine Decarboxylase. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids, and has additionally been evaluated with serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.

Reported sensitivity is 0.132 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with ranges of 74–107% in serum, 79–108% in EDTA plasma, and 82–105% in heparin plasma. Supplied components include lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
