Human Glutathione S Transferase Omega 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glutathione S Transferase omega 1/p28 in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The kit is built around a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourimetric detection at 450 nm using a TMB substrate that produces a yellow product proportional to analyte concentration and is quantified against a standard curve.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the assay has a sensitivity of <0.064 ng/ml and a standard range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 h 30 min. Reported average recovery is 95% in serum (n=5, range 88–102%), 94% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–99%) and 96% in Heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–102%). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and Heparin plasma samples.

Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, two detection solutions, wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at either -20°C or +4°C as specified in the product insert.
