Human Glutathione S Transferase Alpha 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Glutathione S-Transferase Alpha 4 (GSTA4) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for GSTA4, followed by a biotinylated anti-GSTA4 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated performance values are a measuring range of 3.12–200 U/L, a sensitivity of <1.07 U/L and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery has been validated in serum (80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 has been demonstrated for serum (70–107%), EDTA plasma (85–110%) and heparin plasma (77–107%) sample sets (n=5).
