Human Glutathione Peroxidase 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Glutathione Peroxidase 4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a colourmetric format read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported specifications include a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml, with a standard run time of 4 h 30 m. Internal validation summaries report average recoveries of 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5 each). Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed.
