Human Glutathione Peroxidase 2, Gastrointestinal ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Lunosorbent Immunoassay (sELISA) kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glutathione Peroxidase 2 (GPX2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a colorimetric detection format read at 450nm on a microplate reader, with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to GPX2 concentration and quantified against a standard curve.
