Human Glutaredoxin ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich-format ELISA enabling quantitative measurement of human Glutaredoxin in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips, and follows a standard capture protocol: standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Glutaredoxin detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm, with absorbance proportional to the captured target.

Reported sensitivity is 25.4 pg/ml with an assay range of 62.5–4000 pg/ml, and the full protocol takes 4h 30m. Mean recoveries from spiked samples are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers.
