Human Glutamine Fructose-6-Phosphate Transaminase 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GFPT2 (Glutamine Fructose-6-Phosphate Transaminase 2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-GFPT2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.114 ng/ml with a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

In validation testing (n=5 per matrix), recovery in serum ranged from 80–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma from 81–100% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma from 80–89% (average 84%).
