Human Glutaminase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) developed by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glutaminase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a Biotinylated Anti-Glutaminase Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is achieved with a TMB substrate solution read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.117 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Spike-and-recovery in serum (n=5) ranged from 80%-102% with an average of 91%, 81%-100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80%-89% in heparin plasma (average 84%). Dilution linearity data is provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit is not to be used past its expiration date.
