Human Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human NMDAR2A (Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-NMDAR2A detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a yellow product whose intensity is read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is less than 0.103 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total run time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Matrix recovery validation (n=5 per matrix) showed mean values of 91% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma, with dilutional linearity data for each matrix at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
