Human Glucose Oxidase ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human HAO1/GOX in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is supplied with an immobilised antibody specific for HAO1/GOX, and detection is carried out with a biotinylated anti-HAO1/GOX antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader and quantified against a standard curve.

The quantitative assay has a reported range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Manufacturer-validated spike-and-recovery values are reported as 80%-102% (average 91%) in serum (n=5), 81%-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80%-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
