Human Glucose-6-Phosphatase, Catalytic ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Glucose-6-Phosphatase, Catalytic (G-6-Pase) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-G-6-Pase detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, and is read out colorimetrically by measuring the optical density at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%, n=5), with corresponding dilution linearity data provided for each matrix across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
