Human GLI Family Zinc Finger Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GLI Family Zinc Finger Protein 1 (Gli1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, and proceeds via a biotinylated anti-Gli1 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the reaction, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
