Human GATA5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human GATA5 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with signal intensity directly proportional to the GATA5 concentration in each well.

The antibodies are specific for GATA5 with no reported cross-reactivity against other analogs or variants. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Validation data report mean recoveries of 98% in serum (range 88%–105%), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 89%–98%), and 97% in heparin plasma (range 92%–103%). Dilution linearity tested at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 returned comparable recoveries across all three sample types.
