Human Gastrokine 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Gastrokine 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs an antibody specific for Gastrokine 1 pre-coated onto a microplate, with captured analyte detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Gastrokine 1 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported at less than 0.056 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes and detection is colorimetric on a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Component storage temperatures vary between +4°C and -20°C as instructed, with use only until the kit's expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been validated across matrices: serum (range 80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 was demonstrated in serum (74–107%), EDTA plasma (79–108%) and heparin plasma (82–105%).
