Human Gamma-Glutamyl Hydrolase ELISA Kit

An in vitro quantitative sandwich ELISA (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the measurement of human Gamma-Glutamyl Hydrolase (GGH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is 0.056 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery performance was assessed in serum (n=5, range 80-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80-89%, average 84%). Sample dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is also reported. The product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
