Human Galectin 14 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human LGALS14 (Galectin 14) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The standard curve covers 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.15 ng/ml, and the complete assay takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery data (n=5) are reported at 91% average for serum (range 83–100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90–103%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89–102%). Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 gave serum recoveries of 79–110%, EDTA plasma 73–109%, and heparin plasma 77–110%.
