Human G Protein Coupled Receptor, Family C, Group 5, Member A ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human G Protein Coupled Receptor, Family C, Group 5, Member A (GPRC5A) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with quantitative read-out obtained colorimetrically at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader.

The kit is reported with a sensitivity of 0.116 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing across n=5 samples, average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 83–100%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 90–100%) and 96% for heparin plasma (range 91–101%). Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with serum at 90–101%, 80–108%, 84–95% and 92–104% respectively; EDTA plasma at 82–105%, 89–91%, 87–109% and 74–104%; and heparin plasma at 90–94%, 87–108%, 86–101% and 90–101%.

Total assay time is 4 hours and 30 minutes. Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, wash buffer (30X concentrate), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
