Human G Protein Coupled Estrogen Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate bearing an antibody specific for the target, combined with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate.

Signal is generated with TMB substrate, producing a blue-coloured product that becomes yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is less than 0.115 ng/ml with a standard range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Sample recovery (n=5) averages 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
