Human G-CSF ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human G-CSF in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. A monoclonal antibody specific for human G-CSF is pre-coated onto microwells; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotin-linked detection antibody that captures bound G-CSF. After washing, streptavidin-HRP is added, and a substrate solution produces a color change read on a microplate reader that is proportional to G-CSF concentration.

The kit can assay both native and recombinant human G-CSF and has shown no significant cross-reactivity. It operates over a product range of 31.25 - 2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 6.04 pg/ml, and average recovery from serum samples is reported at 109%. Components should be stored at +4°C and not used past the expiration date.
