Human FYN Oncogene Related To SRC/FGR/YES ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FYN (Fyn) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a Biotinylated Anti-Fyn Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate for detection. TMB substrate produces a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, and the concentration of Fyn is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The quantitative assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.060 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Validated recovery data is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 91% (serum, n=5, range 80%–102%), 90% (EDTA plasma, n=5, range 81%–100%) and 84% (heparin plasma, n=5, range 80%–89%) across multiple sample dilutions.
