Human Fusion ELISA Kit

Validation data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma show recovery ranges of 80–102%, 81–100% and 80–89% respectively, with dilution linearity assessed across 1:2 to 1:16. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed, and the assay is read using a colorimetric microplate reader. Components must not be used past the stated expiration date.
