Human Fucosyltransferase 6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Fucosyltransferase 6 (FUT6) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a sandwich immunoassay format with a biotinylated anti-FUT6 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. Captured analyte is visualised using TMB substrate, and the reaction is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 h 30 min. The kit's reported sensitivity is 0.65 ng/ml with an assay range of 1.56-100 ng/ml. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Manufacturer data report mean recovery values of 80-102% in serum, 81-100% in EDTA plasma and 80-89% in heparin plasma (n=5), alongside dilution linearity data for the same matrices across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
