Human Fucosyltransferase 3 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative determination of human Fucosyltransferase 3 (FUT3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids, supplied by Antibodies.com. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with FUT3-specific capture antibody, followed by incubation with Biotinylated Anti-FUT3 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to FUT3 concentration, read at 450 nm.

The quantitative assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma is reported between 80–102%, 81–100%, and 80–89% respectively.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, two vials of lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit is for research use only.
