Human Frizzled Homolog 6 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Frizzled 6 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, employing a biotinylated anti-Frizzled 6 detection antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The colorimetric reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and the absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.119 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total run time of approximately 4h 30m. Recovery values (n=5) are 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
