Human Frizzled Homolog 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Frizzled Homolog 1 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format, a biotinylated anti-Frizzled Homolog 1 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with signal read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.053 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%), each across multiple samples. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the reagents should not be used past the expiration date.
