Human Fragile X Mental Retardation 1 ELISA Kit

The platform is a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, and detection uses a biotinylated anti-FMRP antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with the colorimetric endpoint read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.
