Human Four And A Half LIM Domains Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FHL1 (Four and a Half LIM Domains Protein 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated anti-FHL1 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction visualised using TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the FHL1 concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of <0.060 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values fall between 84% and 91% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and linearity is supported across dilution series in those same matrices, with mean recoveries generally in the 84–107% band.
