Human Forkhead Box Protein O3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this is a sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FOXO3A in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-FOXO3A detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm. The standard curve covers 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.16 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity from 1:2 through 1:16 has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (each n=5).
