Human Folliculin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human Folliculin (FLCN) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The Antibodies.com assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-FLCN detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm via TMB substrate and acidic stop solution.

Standard assay range spans 0.312–20 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity below 0.112 ng/ml, and the full protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery is supported across serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%). Kit components include lyophilised standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C.
