Human FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FMS Like Tyrosine Kinase 3 (Flt3/CD135) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 0.108 ng/ml and a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Readouts are obtained colorimetrically on a microplate reader at 450 nm, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, employing a biotinylated anti-Flt3/CD135 detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated by TMB substrate and visualised after addition of acidic stop solution. Reported mean recovery values are 92% (range 82–102%) in serum, 94% (range 91–98%) in EDTA plasma and 93% (range 86–101%) in heparin plasma, each with n=5. Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 is reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma with overlapping ranges covering 73–110%. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and not used past the stated expiration date.
