Human Flightless I Homolog ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human Flightless I Homolog in tissue homogenates, serum, plasma, cell lysates, cell culture supernatant, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Flightless I detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with colour development by TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported at <29.2 pg/ml with a working range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml, and the protocol can be completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components include a lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Validation in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma showed average recovery of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively, with linearity demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. The kit is intended for research use only.
