Human FK506 Binding Protein Like Protein ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human FK506 Binding Protein Like Protein (FKBPL) ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FKBPL in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for FKBPL (12 x 8 well strips). Standards and samples are added to the wells, and bound FKBPL is detected using a biotinylated anti-FKBPL antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate solution, producing a coloured product whose intensity is proportional to the amount of FKBPL captured. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay has a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
