Human FK506 Binding Protein 4 ELISA Kit

The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Standards and samples are incubated in a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection achieved colorimetrically by reading absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
