Human Fission 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, this kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TTC11/FIS1 (Fission 1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-TTC11/FIS1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is stated as <0.114 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as indicated for each component.

Spike-and-recovery performance across n=5 samples is reported for serum (80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity is provided at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
