Human Fibulin 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Human EFEMP1/Fibulin-3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human EFEMP1/Fibulin-3 in serum, plasma, urine or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-EFEMP1/Fibulin-3 detection antibody, with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 1.56-100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.63 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Manufacturer validation data include recovery averages of 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%), all at n=5. Dilution linearity is reported across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5).
