Human Fibronectin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Fibronectin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-Fibronectin detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate visualization and absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay takes 4h 30m to complete.

The reported product range is 0.39–25 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.17 ng/ml. Recovery was assessed with n=5 per matrix: serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–99% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity (n=5) was also reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
