Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4 ELISA Kit

A quantitative sandwich ELISA supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro measurement of human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4 (FGFR4). The 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is pre-coated with an antibody specific for FGFR4, and a biotinylated anti-FGFR4 detection antibody combined with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate produces a yellow colour read at 450 nm whose intensity is proportional to the amount of FGFR4 captured in each well.

Designed for use with human tissue homogenates and other biological fluids, the kit provides a standard curve range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.041 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and absorbance is read on a colorimetric microplate reader.
