From Antibodies.com, this Human FGF12 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Fibroblast Growth Factor 12 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and uses a pre-coated microplate format of 12 x 8 well strips. Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-FGF12 antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read as optical density at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
