Human Fibroblast Growth Factor 11 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FGF11 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The workflow uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an FGF11-specific antibody, a biotinylated anti-FGF11 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with the reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a working range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 5.9 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 83%-100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90%-103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89%-102%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
