Human Fibroblast Activation Protein Alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Fibroblast Activation Protein alpha in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-Fibroblast Activation Protein alpha detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is developed with TMB substrate, stopped with acidic stop solution, and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader; the absorbance of the yellow product is proportional to target concentration and is interpolated from a standard curve.

Sensitivity is reported as 0.28 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.781-50 ng/ml. The standard assay time is 4h 30m. Provided reagents include detection solutions A and B, a 30X wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, plate sealers, and a lyophilized standard.
