Human Fibrinogen Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Fibrinogen Like Protein 1 (FGL1) in plasma samples. The Human FGL1 ELISA Kit employs a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips pre-coated with an antibody specific for FGL1. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, captured FGL1 is bound by a biotinylated anti-FGL1 antibody, and HRP-avidin with TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of less than 0.055 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
