Human Fc Fragment Of IgG Receptor Transporter Alpha ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human FCGRT/FCRN in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate in a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format, using a Biotinylated Anti-FCGRT/FCRN Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction is read colorimetrically at 450nm on a microplate reader, and the kit is reactive with human samples only.

Sensitivity is reported at <0.127 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed; reagents should not be used past the stated expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery was evaluated across serum (n=5, range 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%, average 84%). Linearity upon dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) was 87-91% / 87-107% / 74-101% / 92-97% for serum, 90-105% / 84-101% / 90-101% / 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 84-95% / 92-105% / 82-105% / 89-91% for heparin plasma.
