Human F-Box Protein 32 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human F-Box Protein 32 (Fbx32) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Fbx32, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-Fbx32 antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit has a quantitative assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.071 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. In validation studies, sample recovery averaged 91% in serum (n=5), 95% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 94% in heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity was tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Components supplied include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
